Mexico San Juan Coatzospam

Grown under the shade of native trees in the cloud forests of Oaxaca's Sierra Mazateca, this coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the rural community of San Juan Coatzospam, where coffee has supported families and the local economy for generations.

After harvest, the coffee is washed, fermented for 36 hours, and dried on raised beds. The result is a juicy, slightly fuller-bodied cup with notes of molasses, blackberry, graham cracker, fudge, and orange. Rich sweetness and dark fruit are balanced by a gentle citrus acidity for a smooth, satisfying finish.

Roast Level: Light | Acidity: Mild  | Body: Creamy

Tasting Notes: Molasses, Blackberry, Graham Cracker

Processing Method: Washed
