With a five-pound roaster and a dream, the business grew into Central Oregon's first specialty coffee roaster. This happened the old-fashioned way: one customer relationship at a time. With a simple mission to create an authentic coffee experience built on heartfelt kindness for the people we serve, the family business grew. And now, more than three decades later, the company is proudly led by the second generation of the Durham family—Justin, Jared, and Jesse.

While we now roast more than 500,000 pounds of coffee each year and operate four cafes, our purpose is the same: to craft exceptional coffee and create spaces where people feel welcomed, known, and at home. For us, it's never been about just the coffee. Relationships are central to everything we do, from the mountains of Central Oregon to the coffee-growing communities around the world where we source our beans. The care and commitment that we uphold with our producers starts at home, where real connections happen and our roll-up-your-sleeves spirit is infused into every batch of coffee we roast.
