Grown by around 40 smallholder farmers in San Pedro Yosotatu, Oaxaca, this high-altitude coffee is the result of a community that has long worked together to care for their farms and bring their coffees to market. Each producer harvests and processes their coffee individually before the community's lots are brought together into one distinctive offering.
The result is a light, crisp, and beautifully balanced cup with notes of caramel, lime, dried mango, honey, and mild spice. Bright citrus and juicy fruit are layered with a sweetness, while refreshing acidity keeps the cup lively from first sip to finish.
