A cult favorite at Sisters Coffee, Ethiopia Ardi Natural returns with its unmistakable burst of fruit-forward flavor and deep heritage. Coffee is woven into daily life in Ethiopia — the birthplace of the coffee tree — and Ardi comes directly from that living tradition.
Sourced from nearly 300 smallholder producers surrounding the Megado Processing Station in Guji, this lot is made up of wild-growing and small-plot heirloom varietals native to the region. Once harvested, the cherries are purchased by the mill and naturally processed — dried with the fruit intact on raised beds and tended to hourly. This method preserves precious water resources while dialing up the coffee’s signature, juicy intensity.
The result? A vibrant, expressive cup with notes of strawberry, blueberry, and kiwi — the kind of coffee that keeps people coming back year after year.
