Join us at the Sisters Coffee Roastery for an immersive, hands-on class diving deep into one extraordinary coffee: our limited Peru Don Elmer Geisha. This small-group session blends education, sensory exploration, and behind-the-scenes access to how we bring world-class coffees to life.
What to Expect
Cupping Experience
We’ll begin with a guided cupping — the method coffee professionals use to evaluate quality. You’ll learn how aroma, flavor, and acidity show up in their purest form, and how to identify what makes a Geisha so special.
The Story Behind the Coffee
Explore the full journey of this coffee, from the shade of tropical pines on a three hectare farm located high in the Andean mountains, to the perfectly ripe coffee cherries selected for this cup.
Brew Methods Demonstration
Our trainer will demonstrate V60 pour over and Aeropress methods, showing how different approaches reveal different expressions of the same coffee. Sip along as we compare the cup profile to what you tasted during cupping.
Roastery Tour
Go behind the scenes and see where and how our roasting team brought this Geisha to life with a profile designed for clarity and complexity.
