More About the Producers

Grown on the misty volcanic slopes of Panama’s Volcán Barú, this coffee reflects the unique terroir of the Valley of the Moon, where volcanic soils and a distinctive afternoon mist called bajareque create ideal conditions for growing exceptional coffee. Ripe cherries are hand-picked daily and carefully washed at the family-owned mill, preserving the coffee’s clarity and character while minimizing water use. We roast this coffee to bring out a nuanced profile of cinnamon, dark chocolate, vanilla, and orange zest—a flavorful choice for everyday brewing.
