Our offering is a natural coffee, crafted with care and expertise. Once at the mill, unwanted cherries from the lot are meticulously removed, ensuring only the finest beans make the cut. The unique process of drying with the mesocarp intact around the bean contributes to the distinctive character of our coffee.
