Honduras Santa Elena Justiniano Sanchez - Justiniano, his wife, and children have made changes in leaps and bounds over the last 3 years. Formerly a producer who delivered his coffee as a cash crop to the local mill for modest payment, that all changed when Justinian got plugged in with Catracha Coffee. He now tends to his soil, harvests, and processes the coffee from his modest 3.5 hectare farm himself. This has significantly raised the quality of his coffee and increased his income from coffee allowing him to renovate and invest back into his farm and processing facility. His coffee is a beautiful cup with notes of red currant, caramel, & dark chocolate.
